The success of these outcomes can be attributed to Michael’s unique and customized approach to each client and every situation. This approach has proven to achieve an efficient and equitable result for both parties and salvages relationships, which is essential for future works.

Michael’s experience enables him to produce documents that have considered all aspects of the claim. This enables clients to appreciate the limitations to their entitlement while also ensuring maximum revenue return.
 

Disputes can often overshadow all the great work by both parties and can often be avoided. When Michael is engaged early in the project, he assists with drafting clear and concise documents where all respective parties are clear on their responsibilities. This is a fundamental step to establishing a mechanism whereby an issue can be quickly resolved when raised.
